What does "with exception" mean?

Sorry about that! That's some of our behind the scene lingo that got out into the app. In most cases, it means there was a slight delay on our end and out humans are on the way to fix it.  If we can't fix it then we'll emailing you.

If you already have your tracking number, double check with Fedex or DHL.  It might be that they need some help getting your package to you.
